Cofounder of the nOvum Fertility Clinic in Warsaw, where she holds the dual role of Deputy Director of Medicine and Head of the IVF Laboratory. Member of the Polish Gynaecological Society (PGS), the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), as well as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASMR). In January 1995 she performed the first intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure in Poland, and in 2009 she introduced a method of genetic testing of unfertilised egg cells.
