She is particularly interested in prosthetic treatment, specialising in aesthetic works such as veneers, crowns, bridges, onlays and inlays. She carries out dental procedures with the use of Yag-nd, Co2 and Yag-erb lasers.In 2006 she was awarded a PhD degree in medical sciences at the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków
Dr. Kownacka has broad interests in the conservative dentistry, prosthetics and surgery. Her research thus far has focused on prosthetic treatment, specialising in aesthetic works such as veneers, crowns, bridges, onlays and inlays.
