John Tsaknis is awarded PhD in Food science and technology from University of Lincolnshire in the 1996 (year). He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Food science and technology from University of Lincolnshire in the 1991 (year). He is working as a Professor ,Dr., Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology & Nutrition - Technological Educational Institutions of Athens.
His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research mainly focuses on Nutrition & Food science and his research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
