Johan van der Hel holds a Master in Law from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Previously, he was Group HR Director of the Dutch based VION Food Group, active in Food and Ingredients and he held several international HR leadership positions in DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials.
