Jack graduated with Honours from the University of Limerick (Ireland) and has been working in Singapore for the past four years. He is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and also holds full registration with Singapore’s AHPC. Prior to joining PhysioActive, Jack worked in Singapore's largest rehab hospital covering inpatients and outpatients, as well as worked in a private clinic locally. In recent years, Jack was mostly dedicated to treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries, acute and chronic conditions, and a large array of post-surgical orthopedic cases.
Being passionate about furthering his knowledge in the field of physiotherapy, Jack constantly upgrades himself by attending masterclasses in the management of jaw and neck pain. He is also certified in dry-needling (Australia), and is a Level 2 Immediate Pitch-side Medic (World Rugby). In his spare time, Jack plays Gaelic football and soccer for the Singapore Gaelic Lions. Jack also competes in long distance running events throughout the year.
