Mr Grant Pang is an Australian trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with special interest in hip and knee joint reconstruction, replacement surgery, trauma and musculoskeletal tumours. In addition, he continues to manage common general orthopaedic problems of the shoulder, foot and ankle. He gained his medical degree at The University of Melbourne and completed his orthopaedic training in Victoria. Since completing his orthopaedic training with the Australian Orthopaedic Association,Dr Panghas worked for one year as a trauma fellow at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, managing complex musculoskeletal trauma associated with motor vehicle and work related accidents. Following this, he spent 12 months in the United Kingdom working at the esteemed Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London. This fellowship involved all aspects of hip and knee joint reconstruction and management of musculoskeletal tumours. Mr Pang's private practice is based at the St Vincent's Private Hospital in East Melbourne and the La Trobe Private Hospital in Bundoora. He also currently works publicly at the St Vincent's Hospital, the Royal Melbourne Hospital and thePeter MacCallum Cancer Centre as a Specialist Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.
