I have the chance to deal with a broad spectrum of cases, from trauma, post-surgical complications and severe respiratory infections to severe sepsis, cardiovascular incidents and solid organ transplantation.The need to organize and lead the Resuscitation Team during acute incidents taking place in the hospital area is also frequent. The position is challenging both in a theoretical and a practical point of view, as deep knowledge and sufficient medical emergency skills (i.e intubation, renal replacement therapy etc) are required
