Dr. Garrett E. Bergman serves as Senior Medical Director of Kedrion Biopharma Inc. Dr. Bergman served as Senior Director of Medical Affairs for U.S. (North American) Commercial Operations at CSL Behring LLC since September 2006. Dr. Bergman has extensive experience in hemophilia and plasma-derivative therapies to drive the medical and scientific aspects of brand strategy across Kedrion Biopharma’s product lines. Dr. Bergman served as Vice President of Research and Development at Octagen Corp. Dr. Bergman held scientific and medical leadership roles at Matis Medical Inc., AstraZeneca; InKine; Chimeric Therapies, Inc. and Centeon LLC. He has wealth of medical and scientific expertise. Dr. Bergman serves as Member of the National Organization for Rare Diseases (NORD) Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee (MASAC), as well as the American Society for Hematology; World Federation of Haemophilia; Hemophilia and Thrombosis Research Society; National Hemophilia Foundation; and International Society for Thrombosis and Hemostasis. He is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Pediatrics, as well as the subboard of hematology/oncology of the American Board of Pediatrics.
