Chief Resident 1969-1973 University Scientific Assistant 1973-1975 Scientific Supervisor Of The Department 1975-1982 Head, Infectious Diseases And Antimicrobial Chemotherapy Research Laboratory (Founder) 1975-1997 Lecturer Of Internal Medicine 1982-1983 Assistant Professor Of Internal Medicine 1983-1991 Associate Professor Of Internal Medicine 1991-1996 Professor Of Internal Medicine 1997- 2009. Education Experience: Physical Examination, Medical Diagnosis and Treatment in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (students of 7th, 8th, 11th and 12th Semester, University of Athens Medical School):1970 – 2010. Elective course "Infection and Antimicrobial Chemotherapy" from 1987-2009 (students of 8th – 12th Semester of University of Athens Medical School).Teaching and organization responsibility. Establishment of Annual Interactive Courses on “Rational Use of Antibiotics” for all last year students of Athens Medical School: 2006 – present (founder, organizer and teacher). Postgraduate courses and lectures on subjects of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy and Infectious Diseases at University Medical Schools in Greece and abroad, as well as hospitals ,scientific societies and associations across the country and internationally. 2010- present: Organizer and teacher in 19 two-day courses on Rational Anti-microbial Therapy for Community-acquired infections. The courses across the country have been attended by more than 2500 GPs. The courses are under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Health, the ECDC and HCDCP (Hel-lenic Center for Disease Control and Prevention)
