He completed his internship at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Weiss was an independent practitioner in the Jacksonville area for 16 years and joined the Brooks Rehabilitation Medical Group On June 1, 2012. Dr. Weiss’ specific interest and expertise in the area of orthopedic rehabilitation strengthens and complements the excellent care provided by the Brooks Rehabilitation Medical Group.
