Dr. Zeina Yared received her certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology and Metabolism by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the Collège des Médecins du Québec in 2005. After having completed her medical training and specialty in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Montreal, she furthered her training at theRoyal Victoria Hospital where she took part in several clinical studies in diabetes with Dr Jean-François Yale. Dr. Yared has been practicing Endocrinology since 2005: initially at the Sacré-Coeur Hospital, a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Montreal. As an associate professor, she enjoyed teaching medical students and fellows. She was also a consultant at the lipids clinic of the Institut de Recherches Cliniques de Montréal. She is now a full-time endocrinologist and principal investigator at the LMC clinic in Montreal since 2012. Her interest is in general endocrinology with a particular interest in diabetes, lipids and thyroid diseases.
