Dr. Necdet Cinhuseyinoglu is a renowned Cataract and Laser surgeon. He was born in 1956, in Kastamonu, Turkey and studied at Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency program at the Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine.
