Biography

Studied medicine at the University of Patras, Greece (2000-2006).Trained in Respiratory and Internal Medicine at the UK (2006-2011) and Greek (2011-2014) National Health Systems.Worked as Clinical Researcher at the Scottish National Centre for Pulmonary Hypertension and Vascular Disease (The Scottish Pulmonary Vascular Unit) and Senior Respiratory Clinical Fellow at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital of Glasgow (2014-2016).Succeeded in becoming “Diplomate” & invited “Member of the College of Experts of the European Respiratory Society (ERS)”, “Member of the Royal College of Physician of the UK” and “Advance Life Support provider” on behalf of the European Resuscitation Council.Published several papers in indexed peer-reviewed international journals and has been invited speaker to several national and international medical events.He is currently a PhD student at the University of Athens (Respiratory Intensive Care Unit, Sotiria Hospital of Chest Diseases).
