Biography

 Dr Linn Yeh Ching graduated from NUS in 1987 and obtained her MRCP (UK) in 1991.She has been working in the dept of Haematology since then and is actively involved in clinical service, research and teaching.She has published numerous research papers on the anti-leukemic activity and mechanisms of cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells. She is principal investigator of clinical studies on use of CIK cells for leukemia post autologous and allogeneic haemopoietic stem cell transplantation in adjuvant and salvage setting, with fundings from National Medical Research Council and SingHealth Research Funds.She also has a keen interest in the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Western Medicine and is principal investigator of a clinical trial in collaboration with Shanghai Yueyang Hospital, studying the efficacy of TCM in patients with refractory chronic haematological disorders.
