Dr. Kristen Matzkin, our Co-Chief of Staff, is a 1995 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marine and Freshwater Biology. She then moved from New England to Philadelphia to attend the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1999. After enjoying 10 years of small animal practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Dr. Matzkin was thrilled with the opportunity to relocate to Southern Maine. She joined Gray-New Gloucester Animal Hospital in the fall of 2009 and looks forward to continuing her career and raising her family here in Maine. Dr. Matzkin particularly enjoys internal medicine, preventive care, and dermatology.
