Dr. Dianne Gardner is currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of School of Psychology, Massey univesity, Manawatū , Newzealand. Her research interests includes industrial/organisational psychology, especially wellbeing at work. she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Dianne Gardner is the member of many international affiliations. She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. she has authored of many research articles/books related to industrial/organisational psychology, especially wellbeing at work.
