Biography

 Dr Chua is a Senior Consultant obstetrician & gynaecologist.  He is also a trained urogynaecologist.  Dr Chua graduated with medical degree from the University of Singapore in 1989.  He subsequently underwent training in obstetrics & gynaecology at Singapore General Hospital.  He obtained his postgraduate degree in United Kingdom, and was admitted as a member to the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 1996.  In 2000, he was award the HMDP fellowship programme by the Ministry of Health in urogynaecology.  He spent a year in Manchester, United Kingdom to complete his subspecialty training in urogynaecolgy and pelvic floor reconstruction.He has been a full time clinician since his graduationAs a trained urogynaecologist, he specializes in the medical and surgical management of women with urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse

Research Intrest

 pregnancy care & delivery, management of common gynaecological conditions such as uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis etc, and treatment of preinvasive cervical conditions
