"Dr. Alaa Al Khafaji studied at the College of Medicine of Al-Mustansiriya University in Baghdad, Iraq and earned his MBChB degree in 2004. He joined American Hospital Dubai in the same year and has and joined Gulf Medical University (GMU) Hospital Ajman & Fujeirah in 2006 as Chief Casualty Medical Officer. He has been actively involved in teaching medical students and residents and was attached to St. Michael’s Hospital, Interventional Cardiology Research, Toronto, ON, Canada as a Research Assistant in 2011 before joining Rak Hospital in 2012. Dr. Alaa speaks English, Arabic and French."
