Having completed his pre-dentistry course from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas in 1987 and pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of the East in 1994, he took up Advanced Postgraduate Training in DentalImplantology at the AlphaBio Dental Implantology Center Philippines, Advanced Endodontic Clinical Procedures from the University of the East, and Dental Sleep Medicine from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, among many others. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Philippine Academy of Implant Dentistryand the Philippine Dental Association.
