Debra Gardner holds an MSN in psychiatric nursing with a designation in Administration from Hampton University, Hampton Virginia. Debra has over 34 years of experience in nursing with the last 20 years in Behavioral Health. She also served in the military for 20 years, being the Senior Nurse of the military’s largest behavioral health system at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia where she managed 203 staff members, including 17 psychiatrists and residents. Her last position with the military was the Academic Dean for the east coast for all military enlisted medical technology schools.
