Dr. Corey Montgomery is an assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery and an associate scientist at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Montgomery completed five years of orthopaedic surgical training at the University Arkansas Medical Sciences. He then completed an one-year fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in orthopaedic oncology. He specializes in the care of cancer involving the bone and soft-tissues in both adults and children. Dr. Montgomery is one of only two orthopaedic oncologist in the state of Arkansas.. Over the years, Dr. Montgomery has been active within the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society and the Southern Orthopaedic Association. He has also been the principal investigator on several numerous research projects resulting in several peer-reviewed research articles..
