Dr. Barker was a faculty member of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. Having earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio, Dr. Barker went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at Riverside Methodist fellowship at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society and a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
