View MoreBoard Certified by the Philippine Board of Dermatology, Dr. Bernadette Baltazar Arcilla is medical consultant for the Manila Doctors Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, and Asian Hospital Medical Center. A graduate of the University of the Philippines – College of Medicine (1984), Dr. Arcilla underwent training in Dermatology at the same center, and in Photobiology at the New York University Hospital. She is a fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society, the Philippine Leprosy Society, and an international fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Specializing in Dermatology and Photobiology, Dr. Arcilla is currently the Board of Director for the Philippine Environmental and Occupational Dermatology Focus Group and Assistant Professor and Section Chief of the Section of Dermatology at the University of the East, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center.
