Before attending medical school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Dr. Andrews graduated from Harvard University. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Andrews was an Instructor in Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. In addition, he was a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Andrews is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.
