Mr. Zubair Razzak Palwala is serving as Group Director Banking Relations & Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary at The Searle Company Limited. He is also one of the Board of Directors at TSCL. He started his career with AF Ferguson and Co., where he completed his article-ship in 1991. He passed the intermediate examination from ICAP and later attained an MBA. He was previously associated with Philips Electrical Industry and UDL Modaraba. Having joined IBL in 1994, he has been affiliated with the group in Audit, Finance and Corporate Affairs. He also supervised the retail business - Habitt and Dunkin Donuts - and carried various portfolios, such as Chief Financial Officer of The Searle Company Limited, Group Director Finance of IBL and Managing Director of United Distributors Pakistan Limited.
