Dr. Harsányi is the Chairman of N-Gene Laboratories Inc. He has served as a director of Emergent Biosolutions Inc. since August 2004. Until 2010 he held the positions of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Exponential Biotherapies Inc. Dr. Harsányi also served as president of Porton International PLC. Prior to this, he was vice-president of corporate finance at E.F. Hutton, Inc. Dr. Harsányi was a founder of Dynport Vaccine Company LLC in September, 1996. Previously, he directed the first assessment of biotechnology for the U.S. Congress’ Office of Technology Assessment
