Biography

Zoltán Czibók is Enterprise Services country lead for Hungary from November 1, 2014. He graduated as engineer-teacher, acquiring an MBA in 2003. He owns a PMP and an ITIL Master qualification. In 1997, Zoltán joined Compaq/Digital, which were bought later on by HP. During these years he took various leadership roles after the Compaq/HP, and later on EDS/HP merges. Since 2010, he was the leader of Enterprise Services Applications in Hungary. He joined the Hungarian Project Management Alliance in 2000, and became a member of the Ethical Committee in 2006. In 2002 he was funding Secretary for the Hungarian branch of the Project Management Institute, becoming Member of the Board afterwards.Zoltan spent mainly his carrier in a multinational environment. Managing business in different industries and segments. He was responsible for all the LOBs in one country and also just for one portfolio element for multicountries mainly in utility, public and financial sector vary in the countries of South-East Europe region. His specialty is managing change in complex and turbulent environment especially in a merger&acquisition situation. He drove his teams through successfully in plenty of organizational changes. Last time in the DXC Technology spin-off merger. During those periods he was taking P&L and sales responsibilities as well. In spite of it he has solid knowledge and experiences in project management and ITIL based services for ITO, BPO and application outsourcing/modernization. He is now running role responsible for revenue, profitability and sales targets. He is fan of long distance running and an active member of the running committee in his company. Main achievement is to be awarded by Budapest Running Office three times as the company of the year in terms of mobilized runners.
