Zhang Zhaoxiang was born in August 1963, a Chinese national without the right of residence outside China, Zhang Zhaoxiang currently holds the positions of Executive Director, Chairman and Deputy Secretary of the MCC Party Committee and General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the MCC Group Party Committee. Mr. Zhang has served successively as Engineer, Vice President of the Jinchuan Branch, Institute Office Director and Vice President of the General Institute for Nonferrous Metallurgy Metals and President of China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang served as President and Party Committee Secretary of the General Institute for Nonferrous Metallurgy Metals from January 2004 to August 2008, Executive Director, General Manager and Party Committee Secretary of the China Nonferrous Engineering and Research Institute from August 2008 to November 2008 (concurrently with President of China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd. from December 2005 to November 2008), MCC Vice President from November 2008 to September 2013, MCC President from September 2013, MCC Executive Director from June 2014 and Deputy Secretary of the MCC Party Committee from April 2015. A senior engineer, Mr. Zhang graduated from Tianjin University with a Bachelor's and Master'sinChemical Engineeringand obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Peking University.
