Mr. Khalifeh has over 30 years’ experience in the design, and management of major urban and municipal development projects including transportation, civil infrastructure, highways and bridges, waste water treatment plants, and public realm in both the United States and the Gulf region. He was involved in the internationally renowned Boston Central Artery and Tunnel Project, “The Big Dig”, the largest publicly funded construction project in United States history. Mr. Khalifeh is a highly competent civil engineer with an outstanding record of success in large scale, complex and professionally demanding operations. His leadership in senior roles, and reputation for professional judgment, complement his excellent communication and negotiation skills. Mr. Khalifeh is a member of KEO’s Executive Leadership Committee and is responsible for spearheading business development opportunities for all business lines in all of KEO’s international markets. He also runs the Special Projects Division which provides program and construction management services for 3 major cities in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Mr. Khalifeh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Northeastern University, USA, and is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer.
