Experience: Senior Technical Service and Development Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company January 2016 - Present Primarily focused on the Philippines market, the author managed to grow the Philippines market by 30% in terms of Polyethylene sold in two years after being in-charged for all technical as well as innovation projects in the Philippines. Industrial Attachment July 2003 - January 2004 (7 months) Assist in managing and supervising maintenance crew in Plastics Department to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Assist in machine relocation project within Baxter Healthcare premises with zero accident rate. Industrial Attachment Project – Process Re-engineering * Conduct an analysis of process flow of the tubing extrusion line and trials on the twin head tubing extrusion, resulting in a reduction of scrap of 6% and savings of US$168 in manpower per shift. Brigade Recall Specialist/Infantry tactics and small arms trainer/IS Leader II at National Service April 1999 - August 2001 (2 years 5 months) Obtained best trainee and best physical training award. * Managed a team of recall personals, responsible for coordinating the mobilization of NSmen, including data updates and personnel recall operations. * Organized a brigade mobilization call-up, achieving 98% success.
