Mr. Wojciech Chabasiewicz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University and was entered on the list of Legal Counsels in 2005. Between 2005 and 2009 he was a Partner at the law firm Tomasik, Chabasiewicz & Partners LP. Currently he is a partner at the Chabasiewicz, Kowalska and Partners LP. Since the very beginning of his professional career, Mr. Chabasiewicz has been advising on the public and private stock and bond issues, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions. He also deals with all types of investigations related to corporate conflicts.
