Wim Torfs has fifteen years of international management experience serving large corporations as an advisor. He started his career working in Brussels – Belgium, as a consultant for governments and private companies on liberalization issues. The next 10 years, Wim worked at Mckinsey & Company where in 2009, he became a partner based out of the Middle East office. In this role, he served a diverse set of large clients on topics ranging from strategy, sales and marketing, regulatory management and operational transformations. Within McKinsey, Wim was also responsible for talent development as well as the Middle Eastern Strategy Practice.
