Bill Valle was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) in January 2017. Prior to this appointment, Bill was Executive Vice President of FMCNA and President of Fresenius Kidney Care (FKC) where he was responsible for the successful management of more than 2,200 outpatient facilities, 1,400 inpatient programs and 800 home dialysis programs across the U.S. Bill also previously served as President of FMCNA’s Integrated Renal Services where he led the transformation of the organization’s vital business functions into a high-performance renal network that can improve the outcomes and reduce the costs of managing renal disease. These include Fresenius Vascular Care, FreseniusRx, Spectra Laboratories, FKC Business Development, FKC Inpatient Services and FKC Real Estate and Construction Services. Before joining FMCNA, Bill had 22 years of experience in the dialysis industry, serving in executive roles in sales, marketing and business development and as owner of several private dialysis centers.
