Will is a Principal and EVP of Specialty Commercialization. He was the first partner of Two Labs, joining founder Rich Wartel five months after the organization was formed. As the lead for most specialty new product launches, Will guides projects specializing in creative market access, channel development and lifecycle management strategies. Building on his experience and expertise, Two Labs has built breadth and depth around oral and injectable/infusible specialty products for rare diseases, including autoimmune conditions, oncology and genetic disorders. With a background as a health system and managed care pharmacy director, Will moved to the pharma industry and worked through increasing levels of sales and marketing leadership roles at companies such as Roche/Genentech and Amgen. Will was the original founder of the Huntington Consulting Group and BioSys Laboratories, Inc.  He received his Pharm. D. and undergraduate education coursework in Economics from the University of Southern California.
