Wade began his career as an apprentice with Eckardt July 28th 1977. Wade has worked his way through the ranks and in 1998 he assumed the role of Superintendent. In 2005 he moved into the role of Field Operations Manager. In 2016 Wade moved to his current role as the Director of Safety & Quality. As Director, he enjoys working with his team to ensure the Eckardt legacy continues by being the “Total Solutions Provider” to our customers. Wade and his wife Mary have three children and four grandchildren.
