I have 12+ years of experience in software industry. Right now I'm improving operations and establishing processes for development, testing, support, setup, HR, IT etc. Enforcing usage of best practices, proper staff evaluation and accomplishing yearly goals set by CEO, like new products delivery to the market on time.
