Vincent Grelet is a publicist lawyer, graduate of a postgraduate degree in public relations, Vincent began his career in 2000 as head of mission in international organizations (United Nations and Council of the European Union ) where he works on the subjects "Justice and Home Affairs" and "Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumers". In 2007, he joined the world of digital services companies (Groups Jouve and Capgemini) as public sector key account manager, experiences that allowed him to advise and support the state in its digital transition. Vincent joined the BPI group in March 2016 to support the public service in its projects to modernize public human resources.
