Ms. Clement Co-Heads Loan Acquisition at SG Capital Partners. Prior to joining SGCP, Ms. Clement was a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at loanDepot, LLC. At loanDepot, she was responsible for developing, negotiating and managing the firm’s strategic clients. In this role, Ms. Clement secured targeted-marketing partnerships that achieved industry leading conversion metrics. She also drove M&A sourcing and deal flow. Prior to loanDepot, Ms. Clement was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. where she launched businesses for both the Mortgage Conduit and the Global Banking Group. Ms. Clement’s career in financial services also includes the development of mortgage channels at Lehman Brothers and GE Capital. Ms. Clement holds a BA in Economics from UCLA as well as an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. She volunteers broadly with a number of non-profit organizations and is an active high school and college mentor.
