Ms. Éva Fehér started her professional career in international sales. As a result of her self-starter and success-orientated personality, she was entrusted with a high level of responsibility, especially for the development of new markets and the global launch of innovative products of a biochemical and pharmaceutical manufacturer. After having spent 7 years in international business development arena and after having gained first leadership experience, she was appointed to manage the whole international and local sales-, marketing- and logistics- business of the company.   Due to her interest and know-how around organizational- and process development issues, she was also involved in strategic HR management matters, where she designed and implemented new HR processes. In 2006 she started with personnel consulting at CATRO Management Consulting and successfully coordinated the search & selection processes of specialists and executives (with concentration on the pharmaceutical and the chemical industry).   Ms Fehér joined the ISG team as a Senior Consultant in 2010 and since then she has been working for clients coming from the various industry-backgrounds like: service management, finance, IT/Telecommunication, production, trade, etc.). Ms Fehér continuously developed herself as a specialist of dedicated industries including the pharma-, chemical- and biochemical sector. Beside her main topics: personnel recruitment, head-hunting and executive search, her functionalities do additionally include: evaluation methods (like: assessment center, development center, tests and management audits) and general HR-related surveys (e.g. wage-survey, HR-market survey).    In March 2014, Ms. Fehér successfully obtained the ISG International Consultant Certification. Since that point in her international career she has been managing more complex projects and cross-border initiatives and she has been handling further clients in more international countries and geographies than before. Since September 1st, 2015, Ms Fehér heading the executive search business for the ISG-Group in Hungary.
