Dr. Grau was most recently the COO of Micromet. Between 2006 and 2010, he was a founder, President and CEO of Lux Biosciences, Inc. Previously, Dr. Grau served as President of Research and Development at BASF Pharma/Knoll where he directed a global R&D organization. The majority of his career was at Aventis Pharma, where he last held the position of Senior VP of Global Late Stage Development. Dr. Grau also serves on the Boards of Affimed BV, Thermosome and i-novion.
