I am a science and research oriented nutrition expert with over 20 years of experience. I have worked mostly in the industry, but also in the academia, in research and communication, as well as in the European food regulatory field. Examples of my core competences are lactose intolerance, probiotics and health claims. Having always been interested in international environments, cultures and languages, and after having lived for years abroad – in France, the Netherlands, the USA and Canada – I have become fluent in English and French in addition to my native language Finnish. I also have a good working knowledge of Swedish. As a person I am very flexible, enjoy working in teams, get excited about new challenges and I continuously want to learn something new.
