Tuan Duong has been General Director of Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation since 2011, after being its Deputy General Director since October 2009. He has also been its Director of Ho Chi Minh City branch since 2008, and Chairman of the Board of Management since May 25, 2013. Before that, he had been its Member of the Board of Management since October 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Vietnam University of Commerce, Vietnam, and an LLB from University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
