Trisha has the dual responsibility of directing strategic human resource functions while also overseeing central business operations. Trisha works to further HR strategies to support the company mission, and with her team and management at large, develops policies and practices in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies. Trisha works with management to assist Compass Medical to become an employer of choice, creating strategies to grow, enhance and solidify the experience of our talented employees.
In this role she also coordinates central business service lines to support practices and departments in areas of training, marketing, business administration and centralized service operations.
