Northcutt posesses over 16 years of experience in the medical device market. He has a proven track record of building dynamic and highly successful early stage start-up companies. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Northcutt served as the VP of Sales and Business Development for Alphatec Spine, Inc., responsible for strategic sales development, M&a, and training. During his tenure, the company’s revenues increased from $7.0 million to $87.1 million, and on June 12th, 2006 he helped take Alphatec public on NASDAQ (ATEC). In 2007, Mr. Northcutt as Vice President, Sales and Operations at Lanx, LLC, raised $25 million and launched the Aspen ISP fusion device, increasing revenues from $6.4 to $48.9 million. Then in 2009, Mr. Northcutt successfully launched the North American operation for Spineart USA, Inc., where he served as Vice President and produced revenues from $0 to $12.7 million in three years.
