Mr. Tran Anh Thai has been Member of the Board of Management at Petrovietnam Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company since October 2007. He has been General Director of Vietnam Electricity Investment and Management Joint Stock Company and Deputy General Director of Applied Technical Systems Company Limited since October 2006. He was Finance Director of Applied Technical Systems Company Limited during August 2005 and October 2006, after being Director of National Load Dispatch Centre (NLDC) for a year. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
