Biography

 Tom Bradley leads the growth capital team at Oxford Capital with responsibility for all investment and portfolio activities. He has over 15 years of venture and growth capital experience. Prior to Oxford Capital, Mr Bradley was a Partner at DN Capital, a leading early stage software and internet investor with offices in London and Menlo Park. While at DN Capital he led investments in companies such as Performance Horizon Group, Airsense Wireless, VouchedFor.co.uk, Lovespace, Brisk.io and Mister Spex. Mr Bradley also worked closely with leading businesses such as Shazam and Windeln.de. Earlier in his career, Mr Bradley was a Founder Partner of DFJ Esprit as part of the team that spun out of Cazenove. During that time he was instrumental in investments such as LOVEFILM (sold to Amazon) and Neteconomy (sold to Fiserv). He spent his early career at SOFTBANK Capital and Datamonitor. Mr Bradley holds an MA in Modern History from Oxford University where he studied at Brasenose College.
