Thobeka Sishuba - Company Secretary  BAdmin, BCom (Honours), MA Law (Taxation) A former Group Director and Company Secretary at Woolworths Holdings Limited (WHL). Held senior executive positions in Taxation and Governance at Metropolitan and Momentum respectively. A member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, she also served on several boards, most notably the ASISA regulatory affairs sub-committee, UWC Audit Committee and Artscape Audit and Risk Committee. Ms Sishuba was appointed as Acting Group Company Secretary on 8 February 2017.
