As Vice President of Global Human Resources, Theresa is responsible for leading human resources strategy and overseeing human resources operations and service including, HR business partnership and process, policy and practice, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, learning and development, and HR data management. Theresa has held this position since December 2015. Her 30 years of experience in integration of cultures and proven partnership on business effectiveness includes positions at Alaska Public Employees Association (APEA), Cutter & Buck Inc., and Horizon Air, privately owned and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Physio-Control, Theresa served as Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources at Waterjet Holdings, for 8 years aligning organizational and people strategies and processes with business goals of eight portfolio companies
