As Rho’s Vice President of Operations, Tara brings a passion for clinical research and an uncompromising drive for research excellence. Her leadership coupled with these qualities helps her drive action and ensure the delivery of impeccable results by Rho’s commercial project teams, as well as maintain momentum in business development. Tara received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Guilford College and her MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Tara joined Rho in 2001 in Project Management and later her role expanded to include oversight of Rho’s Clinical Operations groups. In 2010, Tara transitioned from Clinical Operations to Business Development, which has allowed her to think about Rho’s business in a completely different way. Through this experience, she’s realized how passionate she is about generating a Business Development strategy, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and providing leadership to achieve the corporate purpose, vision, and goals. In her free time, Tara enjoys traveling with her husband and twin sons.
