Tao Li Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President since December 26, 2007. Mr. Li has served as the President and CEO of Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd., our wholly-owned subsidiary (Jinong), since 2000. Mr. Li established Xi'an TechTeam Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. in 1996 and established Jinong in 2000. Mr. Li is also currently the Chairman of Kingtone Wirelessinfo Solution Holding Ltd, a NASDAQ listed company. He graduated from Northwest Polytechnic University in Xi'an, China with a Master's degree in heat and metal treatment.
